Jonathan Stephen Simons (JSS) celebrate the release of “By Design”, the first single from their second record.

Jonathan is a self-taught musician, composer, singer, songwriter and producer from Cape Town, who reveals an honest and raw expression of emotion through all his music.

He is joined on stage by close friends and musicians – Ant Mr Bardo on the lead guitar, Ray Adam Morgan on the drums, and Stephen de Souza on the bass. There is also a new addition to the group, Reece Berkeley, who plays the bass, guitar and drums and fills any and all gaps that need filling.

While their debut album showcases some of Jonathan’s more heartfelt songs, their live performance sound is comprised of high energy alternative/indie/blues/rock (and that’s narrowing it down).

The group have an inspiring, contagious chemistry on stage that encourages the audience to laugh, dance and sing along!
