This philosophy of sustainability drives their daily activities, as they consistently pursue balance.
You can taste their wines at the Wine Pod, Stellenzicht’s unique tasting room. It was designed to bring nature into the structure. Because of this, when you are enjoying a glass of elegant Stellenzicht bubbly or wine and a delicious pizza, you will feel as if you are miles away from the city.
Exciting news from Stellenzicht is that they have just launched their very first Cap Classique! It’s a creation that embodies elegance and balance, and it’s certain to impress Cap Classique lovers with its pure brilliance. Stellenzicht Cap Classique is carefully crafted by their talented winemaker, L’Ré Hughes, using their finest Chardonnay grapes.
Their winemaking process is focused on ensuring quality at every step. They hand-picked the Chardonnay grapes early in the morning to preserve their natural acidity. The whole bunches were gently pressed, and the juice was fermented in tanks. The wine then underwent secondary fermentation under a crown cap in the bottle – in true méthode champenoise style. Finally, it was aged on the lees for 18 months before being carefully disgorged.
It offers a delightful experience with vibrant aromas of fresh citrus, crisp green apples, and a subtle hint of brioche. Every sip reveals a lively citrus zest, perfectly balanced by a creamy texture and deeper notes of toasted bread, yeast, and butterscotch from the bottle maturation. Stellenzicht Cap Classique is the perfect addition to any occasion, offering a taste of true elegance and artistry.
