Secret Studio is a branch of Secret Sunrise that encapsulates the unique experience of guided dance through headphones in a studio setting. The offering begins on a mat or blanket and moves through a slow journey of awakening the body from a sleeping position to invigorating dance moves and back down to a place of rest. Led by only one facilitator, the experience is like no other.

Join Kerith in this studio dance and movement experience. Come move, play, and connect with your body and embrace the magic, freedom, and gratification that Secret Studio has to offer.

About the Venue: CHS Life Centre is a beautiful venue with open spaces and a view of the Muizenberg mountains. It welcomes you, as an awesome human, and the Secret Sunrise community into its space to be used as a dance studio, no strings attached.
